This overhaul kit was designed for Volvo P1800 fitted with Bosch 0280150036 injectors.
It contains everything required to overhaul your 4 injectors at home — seals, filters, ethanol-resistant hose, ferrules, hose clips and pintle caps.
⚠️ Why You Must Replace Your Old Fuel Hoses Now
UK fuel now contains up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced hoses are not ethanol-resistant — they degrade from the inside out, becoming brittle and prone to cracking. A leaking fuel hose near a hot engine is a fire risk.
Don’t just replace the injector hoses — check and replace all hoses from the tank to the feed and return lines.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
