These have been carefully restored with exacting detail on the replacement parts which are supplied with this injector.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThey are stripped of all paint and descaled, filters removed, pintle caps removed along with mounting bushes and rubbers. They are then flow tested and inductance tested to make sure they will go through our service program. Once through this stage they are serviced and re-flow tested to make sure they work exactly as per the manufacturer's specification. We then acid-etch and repaint them with heat resistant paint so they look as good as new.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eAll new parts are then installed; filters, pintle caps, mid-body clamping rubbers, manifold seals, clamps, ferrules, hose and hose clips.
