Hose, Clip & Ferrule Kit for Bosch 0280150 EV1 Injectors – Kit 93

This kit is compatible with Bosch 0280150 EV1-series early L-Jetronic injectors fitted in V4 or straight-four engines. Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.

Check the inlet before ordering: these injectors have a double arrow-headed inlet port. Please compare yours with the additional product photo. A ferrule secures each hose at the injector, and a clip secures it at the fuel rail.

What’s included

  • 4 pieces of ethanol-resistant aramid-reinforced fuel hose, cut to your specified length
  • 4 hose ferrules
  • 4 hose clips
  • Instruction sheets with recommended fitting guidance

Fuel Hose specifications

  • Construction: Cohline FPM inner tube, ECO rubber intermediate layer, braided aramid-fibre reinforcement and ECO rubber outer cover
  • Pressure: 10 bar working pressure; 50 bar burst pressure
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +125°C, up to +150°C for short periods
  • Standards listed: DIN 73379-B1, SAE J30R9, BMW GS 93010, DBL 6256.70, GME 08 007 and VW TL 524 24
  • Fuel compatibility: 100% ethanol-resistant; suitable for E10, biodiesel (RME) and all commercially available fuels

Before you order

  • Confirm that your injector has the double arrow-headed inlet port shown in the additional product photo.
  • Specify the required hose length.
  • The injector shown in the photo is for identification only and is not included.

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.

All kits and parts orders dispatched by Master Injector UK.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
