Overhaul Kit for Bosch 0280150036 / 0280150043 Hose-to-Rail Injectors – Kit 181

Kit 181 was designed for Bosch 0280150036 and 0280150043 hose-to-rail fuel injectors fitted in early BMW and Volvo applications. It includes ethanol-resistant hoses and all the required replacement parts to refurbish six injectors at home, with instruction sheets to help you through the work. Check the injector number before ordering to confirm the kit matches your setup.

Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.

Check the inlet before ordering: confirm that your injectors have the hose-to-rail connections shown in the product photos. This kit includes six hose ferrules and six matched hose clips; check that your existing connections use the same arrangement.

• Construction: FPM inner tube, ECO rubber intermediate layer, braided aramid-fibre reinforcement and ECO rubber outer cover

Before you order

• Confirm that your injectors are Bosch 0280150036 or 0280150043 and use hose-to-rail connections.
• Check that your existing hose connections use ferrules and hose clips in the same arrangement as those supplied in this kit.
• Confirm that the supplied 50mm hose lengths and 14mm outside-diameter head seals match your setup.

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.
