This is our complete overhaul kit for your Jaguar XJ / XJS 5.3 V12 HE and Daimler Double Six fitted with injectors: 

Bosch 0280150161, 0280150162, 0280150163, 0280150164, Lucas 73304A, EAC7874 or EAC7875. Please ensure that the serial numbers on your injectors match these numbers, if they don't please email us.

These injectors have ferrules fitted to both ends of the injector hoses, there will be 10 short hoses and 2 injectors with longer hoses (at the front).

This contains everything you need to refurbish your injectors at home, including our ethanol-resistant hose, which is essential when considering the rising ethanol levels in today's fuels. Leaks and engine fires occur from cracked or rock-hard hoses, if yours are cracked then they must be changed. Our Aramid hose is 100% ethanol proof, used in aerospace and aviation, perfect for this task. You will receive new hoses, cut to the exact length, seals, ferrules, filter baskets and pintle caps, along with our instruction sheets to help you with the removal/installation of the parts.

This is a slightly smaller version of our Kit 131, the original overhaul kit for Jaguar V12 on the market, a true preservative of your classic Jaguar.

Terms

As you are probably aware, you must change your old polyester reinforced hose for the Aramid type due to the rising ethanol levels in forecourt fuels. If left to go hard or crack, your fuel system at some stage will unfortunately be compromised with leaks or engine fires. Our hose is designed for this purpose and is used in aerospace and aviation.

A little about our hose:

Our hose offers excellent chemical resistance, high-pressure tolerance and thermal stability.

FPM and ECO rubber hose with internal aramid braiding. DIN 73379-B1.

It features a durable, high performance multi-layer design, composed of:

·       FPM (fluor elastomer) rubber inner tube for chemical resistance and high-temperature performance,

·       ECO (epichlorohydrin) rubber intermediate layer for good oil resistance and heat stability,

·       Braided aramid fibre reinforcement layer for exceptional tensile strength, pressure resistance and flexibility,

·       ECO rubber outer cover for resistance to weathering, ozone and oils.

Suitable for commercially available fuels: ethanol, bio-diesel consisting of rape oil methyl ester and E 10 fuel, from -40 degrees C to +125 degrees C.
