Injector Overhaul Kit for Bosch 0280150022 Injectors in Early Mercedes 107 Models – Kit 118
Kit 118 is designed for early Mercedes 107-series models and other applications fitted with Bosch 0280150022 fuel injectors. Check the number on your injectors before ordering to confirm fitment.
Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.
Check the injector connection before ordering: this kit uses hose clips at both ends of each hose section. It includes 16 clips for the 8 hose lengths; it does not use ferrules.
What’s included
- 8 × aramid-reinforced ethanol-resistant fuel hose lengths, cut to suit the application
- 16 × hose clips, 2 for each hose section
- 8 × mid-body clamping rubbers
- 8 × injector filter baskets
- 8 × manifold seals
- 8 × pintle caps
- Instruction sheets to guide you through the work

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses
UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
