Overhaul Kit for Early JECS & Bosch Hose-to-Rail Injectors – Kit 134

Kit 134 is designed for early-series JECS and Bosch hose-to-rail fuel injectors in four-cylinder applications, with a ferrule fitting at the injector and a hose-clip fitting at the fuel rail. It includes ethanol-resistant hoses and all the required replacement parts to refurbish four injectors at home, with instruction sheets to guide you through the work.

Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.

Check the inlet before ordering: this kit is for connections using a ferrule at the injector end of each hose and a hose clip at the fuel-rail end. Compare your injector and rail connections with the product photos before ordering.

• Construction: FPM inner tube, ECO rubber intermediate layer, braided aramid-fibre reinforcement and ECO rubber outer cover
• Working pressure: 10 bar
• Burst pressure: 50 bar
• Temperature range: -40°C to +125°C (up to +150°C for short periods)
• Standards listed: DIN 73379-B1, SAE J30R9, BMW GS 93010, DBL 6256.70, GME 08 007 and VW TL 524 24
• Fuel compatibility: Ethanol-resistant and suitable for E10, biodiesel (RME) and commercially available fuels

Before you order

• Confirm that your early-series JECS or Bosch injectors use the hose-to-rail arrangement shown in the product photos.
• Check that your existing connections use ferrules at the injector ends and hose clips at the fuel-rail ends, in the same arrangement as this kit provides.
• Check the hose length required for your setup. For lengths other than the standard 50mm, state your required length at checkout; lengths up to 65mm are included in the price.
• The injector shown in the product photo is for identification only and is not included.

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.
