Injector Overhaul Kit for Fiat Uno Turbo Mk1 with Bosch 0280150708 Injectors – Kit 129

Kit 129 is for the 1985–1990 Fiat Uno Turbo Mk1 1301cc, fitted with Bosch 0280150708 fuel injectors. Confirm the injector part number before ordering. This kit contains the service parts for four injectors; the injectors themselves are not included.

Replace ageing injector hoses with ethanol-resistant fuel hose, made for current petrol blends. The kit also includes a link hose and ferrules to complete the hose connections.

What’s included

  • 4 × reinforced ethanol-resistant fuel hose lengths, cut to length
  • 1 × link hose
  • 10 × hose ferrules, sized to match the supplied hose
  • 4 × injector filter baskets
  • 4 × manifold seals
  • 4 × pintle caps
  • 4 × mid-body seals
  • Instruction sheets with fitting guidance

Ferrule colour: Current ferrules are gold-coloured. Colour can vary between batches; if a specific colour matters, contact us before ordering to check current stock.

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced hoses can degrade from the inside, becoming brittle and prone to cracking. A leak near a hot engine can mean risking an engine fire. When replacing the injector hoses, also check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, replacing those that are aged, cracked, hard or unsuitable for current fuel.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
