This is our most comprehensive overhaul kit for pre HE V12 Jaguar fitted with Bosch 0280150035 / LUCAS 73143B injectors.

Contained is everything you'll need to refurbish your injectors at home.

It has been designed to suit early series Bosch EV1 L type Jetronic injectors with a double arrow headed inlet port and fuel rail with double arrow rail port, requiring ferrule fix to injectors and hose clips fix to the fuel rail.

The kit can be supplied for the 0280150014 / 0280150023 injectors and the ferrules will be exchanged for additional hose clips - please add a note at checkout if you require the kit for the 0280150014 / 0280150023.

The injector in the picture is for illustration and identification purposes only and is not included in the sale.

This hose is expensive, but it's the correct hose to use now. Using any other type of high-pressure hose could compromise your vehicle at some stage with possible leaks and/or engine fires. Our hose is ethanol resistant 100% and is used in the aviation and aerospace industry.

Aramid is the only hose to use now; new levels of ethanol present in fuels in the UK will slowly eat your old type polyester reinforced hose with disastrous consequences. This hose conforms to Din 73379 type 3E. There is at present some 10% ethanol in UK fuels, set to rise each year, and up to 25% present in some European countries and the rest of the world. You cannot afford not to change the fuel line hoses on your injectors.

These are exacting items; the hose and clip combination have been perfectly matched to the original injector parts. All parts are equal to or exceed specifications of originally installed parts in material and function.
