- Shipping Methods & Inbound/Outbound Rules
Domestic Inbound Shipments (Sending Parts to Mr Injector UK)
UK customers are fully responsible for the upfront cost, safe packaging, and delivery of their fuel injectors to our workshop facility in Ware.
Injectors must be completely drained of fuel, bagged, and padded inside a sturdy box. We highly recommend using a fully tracked, insured shipping service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery). We are not responsible for customer packages lost or damaged in transit before they safely reach our workshop.

Outbound Shipments (Fulfillment by Master Injector UK & Mr Injector UK Return Post)
We choose shipping services according to package size, weight and value, using Royal Mail Click & Drop or a courier as appropriate.
Standard Small/Light Items: Dispatched via standard trackable or signed-for postal tiers.
High-Value/Heavy Items: Dispatched using premium postal or courier services, with compensation cover subject to the selected carrier’s limits and exclusions.
Destinations with upfront customs charges: Our usual postal DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping method is no longer available for Germany, Luxembourg and Denmark. For orders traveling to these specific destinations, Master Injector UK routes the shipment via a commercial courier network, such as UPS or another courier, and we will collect and pay all customs fees, local taxes, and import duties upfront to help your parcel clear customs smoothly. We also collect customs-related charges upfront for orders sent to France, using a PDDP service through Royal Mail or a courier.

- UK Customers: We will fully refund your item price and standard outgoing shipping cost. However, a flat admin, inspection, and restocking fee of £1.50 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the internal labor costs of manually verifying the condition of the hand-made components and restoring them to inventory.
- EU Customers: While we will fully refund your item price and standard outgoing shipping cost, the consumer is legally responsible for the direct cost of the return journey and reprocessing. A fixed return processing and restocking fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your final refund to cover international carrier return handling, UK customs re-entry processing, and the workshop labor required to quality-check and restock the hand-made seals.
C. Refused Deliveries & Unpaid Customs Duties (Rest of World / Non-EU)
If a non-UK/EU parcel is returned to us specifically because you refuse to pay your local customs clearance fees or import taxes, this constitutes a breach of your purchase contract. In these circumstances, the outbound shipping fee is non-refundable, and any return-to-sender freight or handling fees charged to us by the carrier will be deducted directly from your merchandise refund.
