Our Service Process
  1. Initial Evaluation: Injectors undergo pre-cleaning, inductance load testing, and diagnostic simulation to establish baseline performance and log anomalies.
  2. Ultrasonic Remediation: Components are disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, and backflushed to eliminate internal contaminants.
  3. Refurbishment: For metal-bodied units (EV1/Weber/Lucas), rust and old paint are removed before applying a durable, heat-resistant hot-baked finish.
  4. Dynamic Analysis: Injectors return to the ASNU bench for rigorous spray pattern, leak-off, and dynamic balance verification.
  5. Final Assembly & Reporting: New service parts are installed where applicable, and a comprehensive performance report detailing the findings is provided with every completed service.
     

Service Objectives
This process is engineered to maximize flow restoration, achieve precise balancing, and renew consumable components.
Please note: Servicing cannot fix internal mechanical or electrical coil failures. Unserviceable units will be detailed in your report.

How to Book (UK Residents Only)
We now operate a slot booking system to ensure fast turnaround times. 
To secure your slot or request a quotation, please email your injector serial numbers (printed on the injectors themselves) to mrinjectorukware@gmail.com.

Logistics & Postage: You are responsible for arranging the removal of the injectors from your vehicle and sending them securely to us. Once the service is complete, they will be posted back to you.
