Hose & Ferrule Kit for Jaguar V12 HE Bosch 0280150161/0162 and Lucas 73303A/73304A Injectors – Kit 85

This kit is compatible with Bosch 0280150161 and 0280150162, and Lucas 73303A and 73304A injectors fitted in Jaguar V12 HE models. Kit 85 contains 2 long and 10 short pieces of ethanol-resistant fuel hose, plus 24 hose ferrules.

Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.

Check the inlet before ordering: these injectors use a double arrow-headed inlet port. Please compare yours with the additional product photo. Ferrules secure the hoses at both the injector and fuel rail ends.

What’s included

• 2 long pieces of aramid-reinforced, ethanol-resistant fuel hose for the front injectors
• 10 short pieces of aramid-reinforced, ethanol-resistant fuel hose
• 24 hose ferrules, for securing the hoses at both ends

Instruction sheets are also included to help with fitting.

Fuel Hose specifications

• Construction: Cohline FPM inner tube, ECO rubber intermediate layer, braided aramid-fibre reinforcement and ECO rubber outer cover
• Pressure: 10 bar working pressure; 50 bar burst pressure
• Temperature range: -40°C to +125°C, up to +150°C for short periods
• Standards listed: DIN 73379-B1, SAE J30R9, BMW GS 93010, DBL 6256.70, GME 08 007 and VW TL 524 24
• Fuel compatibility: 100% ethanol-resistant; suitable for E10, biodiesel (RME) and all commercially available fuels

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.
