This complete overhaul kit was designed for your Mercedes V8 with Bosch 0280150034 and Mercedes A0000781623 A0000783123 fuel injectors.
This is the only full kit available on the market, containing everything required to refurbish your injectors at home.

Kit 189 contains the following parts:
8 x Sections of Aramid hose cut to 40mm
8 x Hose ferrules
8 x Pintle caps
8 x Inlet manifold seals
8 x Filter baskets
8 x Top fuel rail clips
8 x Mid-body clamping rubbers (Our mid-body seals are of the later type; they are deeper and do not require the use of the original circlip)
Also included in all hose kit orders are our instruction sheets, helping you with the task.
Terms
As you are probably aware, you must change your old polyester reinforced hose for the Aramid type due to the ethanol content in forecourt fuels. If you don't do this, your fuel system will be compromised at some point with leaks and/or engine fires unfortunately. Our hose is designed for this purpose and is used in the aerospace and aviation industry.
All parts equal to or exceed specifications of originally fitted parts at manufacture in material and function. All kits and parts orders dispatched by Master Injector UK.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.

Car was misfiring, and not running well.
Now is a dream to drive.
Mr Injector UK serviced four DI injectors from my A4 2.0 TFSI engine, previously with a persistent mis-fire, especially when cold and sometimes after a long journey. They were returned by next-day delivery, clean, with seals and accessories, ready to refit. The car is now perfectly smooth and slightly more economical. Communication by email was great throughout. The technical report was reassuring. A great result at a fraction of the price of new injectors. Thank you!
Just had five Bosch injectors serviced with James, from my initial email through to receiving the refurbished items communication was very thorough. Price was very reasonable and the injectors are as good as new, highly recommended!

Really good service. James was Friendly, helpful and responded to any questions that I had via email. Would absolutely recommend using them.The injectors from my 1987 Jeep are BENDIX which are an unusual make, after a phone call and some pictures sent via email, James was able to confirm that they could be refurbished. Glad that I sent these to be checked TBH as it was discovered that they were leaking from the actual body's. I was advised that they were unfortunately not repairable and if used would cause an engine fire!!. Mr Injector has saved me from a potentially dangerous situation.. Thanks James 👍
