This kit was designed for V12 Jaguar with Bosch EV1 L Jetronic type injectors with a double arrow headed inlet port, requiring ferrule clamping to the injector and the fuel rail.

Contained are 12 pieces of Aramid reinforced fuel hose cut to exact length for your V12 Jaguar fitted with Bosch 0280150161, 0280150162, 0280150163 or 0280150164 injectors or Lucas equivalent. Also contained are the ferrules, perfectly matched to our hose, allowing you to change your old polyester reinforced hoses to our new ethanol-proof hose.

Terms

This hose is expensive, but it's the correct hose to use now. Using any other type of high-pressure hose could compromise your classic vehicle.

The hose is ethanol resistant 100% and is used in aviation & aerospace, din 73379 Type 3E rev/11/97. Use this kit to replace your old polyester reinforced rubber fuel feed pipe because, over time, if you do not, it will leak. ARAMID is the only hose to use now, new levels of ethanol present in fuels in the UK will slowly eat your old type polyester reinforced hose with disastrous consequences. There is at present some 10% ethanol in UK fuels set to rise each year and up to 25% present in some parts of the world. You cannot afford not to change the fuel line hoses on your injectors.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.

Excellent service and results. BMWR1100S was running rough after a rebuild. After much head scratching, rebalancing of throttle bodies, replacing ignition coils, more rebalancing of throttle bodies etc. I sent the injectors for cleaning and testing in the hope that is where the problem lay. Sent back to me on time and with a full diagnostic test report. Refitted them today and wow! Bike is running sweet. My only regret is that I didn’t send them to James sooner.

Mr Injector UK serviced four DI injectors from my A4 2.0 TFSI engine, previously with a persistent mis-fire, especially when cold and sometimes after a long journey. They were returned by next-day delivery, clean, with seals and accessories, ready to refit. The car is now perfectly smooth and slightly more economical. Communication by email was great throughout. The technical report was reassuring. A great result at a fraction of the price of new injectors. Thank you!
