Mazda DISI Injector Service

Mr Injector UK has been working in petrol injector diagnostics and restoration for over 30 years. We are one of the oldest Asnu test facilities.

This service is for high pressure (GDI/FSI/TFSI etc) injectors that are working and not seized. This does not include hose to rail injectors, standard port injectors, side feed injectors or Siemens/Bosch Piezo injectors, these are listed separately.

This price is for one injector.

Injectors are expensive, this service will allow you to properly diagnose which injectors are the problem injectors. We shall be able to see if they are serviceable thus saving you having to purchase new ones. If we can't service all your injectors, you only pay for the ones that are serviceable.

The Method:

This is a full test and service of your injectors - flow testing, spray analysis and ultrasonic cleaning.

Your injectors will be pre-cleaned, inductance load tested and run on a test rig as they would operate on your engine to check for any anomalies, we record this pre-service information on your report sheet.

All parts are removed then we ultrasonically clean and backflush before returning to the ASNU test bench for dynamic analysis, which includes spray pattern checks, leak off and dynamic balance checks.

After the test and service all new parts are installed where applicable and the report will be drafted and sent across to you with the findings.
