Overhaul Kit for Bosch 0280150036 Injectors in Volvo P1800 – Kit 141

Kit 141 is designed for Volvo P1800 models fitted with Bosch 0280150036 hose-to-rail fuel injectors. It includes the hoses, seals, filters, ferrules, hose clips and pintle caps for overhauling four injectors. Check the injector number before ordering to confirm the kit matches your setup.

Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.

Check the inlet before ordering: confirm that your injectors are Bosch 0280150036 with the hose-to-rail connection shown in the product photos. This kit includes four ferrules and four matched hose clips; check that your original connections match this setup.

  • Construction: FPM inner tube, ECO rubber intermediate layer, braided aramid-fibre reinforcement and ECO rubber outer cover

  • Temperature range: -40°C to +125°C (up to +150°C for short periods)

Before you order

  • Confirm that your injectors are Bosch 0280150036 and are fitted to a Volvo P1800.
  • Check that your existing hose connections use ferrules and hose clips in the same arrangement as those supplied in this kit.
  • The injector shown in the product photo is for identification only and is not included.

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles.
