Hose & Clip Kit for Jaguar V12 Bosch 0280150023 Injectors – Kit 87

This hose and clip kit is compatible with Bosch 0280150023 injectors fitted in Jaguar V12 models. Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic Jaguar as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.

Check the inlet before ordering: these injectors have a single arrow-headed inlet port. Please compare yours with the additional product photo. The hose is secured with clips at both the injector and fuel rail ends.

What’s included

  • 12 pieces of ethanol-resistant aramid-reinforced fuel hose, cut to the lengths you specify
  • 24 fuel line clips, perfectly matched to the hose
  • Instruction sheets with recommended fitting guidance

Fuel Hose specifications

  • Construction: Cohline FPM inner tube, ECO rubber intermediate layer, braided aramid-fibre reinforcement and ECO rubber outer cover
  • Pressure: 10 bar working pressure; 50 bar burst pressure
  • Temperature range: -40°C to +125°C, up to +150°C for short periods

  • Specify the required length for the hose pieces.
  • The injector shown in the photo is for identification only and is not included.

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.

All kits and parts orders dispatched by Master Injector UK.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
