We designed this kit for KTM 690 motorcycles fitted with a single Keihin 2BK19 BBK9 / 76041023044 injector.
Each kit contains the filter basket, fuel rail seal and manifold seal to refurbish your injector at home.
You will notice that the filter baskets are different to your originally installed ones, these are an upgraded part, the plastic disc on top of your original filters is not required with this style of filter. They are completely free-flowing and resistant to being dissolved.
This kit will only fit the injector pictured above, we picture these with the listings as the numbers that are stamped on the body of Keihin injectors often do not help identify them. Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
