Hose & Clip Kit for Very Early Bosch D-Jetronic 4-Cylinder Injectors – Kit 94
This kit is designed for very early Bosch EV1 D-Jetronic 4-cylinder injectors in the 0280150 series, with a single arrow-headed inlet port. It contains 4 pieces of aramid-reinforced, ethanol-resistant fuel hose, cut to your requirements up to 52 mm each, and 8 matching fuel line clips.
Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.
Check the inlet before ordering: this kit is for injectors with a single arrow-headed inlet. Please compare yours with the additional product photo. Fuel clips secure the hose at both the injector and fuel rail ends; this kit uses clips, not ferrules.

Fuel Hose specifications
- Construction: Cohline FPM inner tube, ECO rubber intermediate layer, braided aramid-fibre reinforcement and ECO rubber outer cover
- Pressure: 10 bar working pressure; 50 bar burst pressure
- Temperature range: -40°C to +125°C, up to +150°C for short periods
- Standards listed: DIN 73379-B1, SAE J30R9, BMW GS 93010, DBL 6256.70, GME 08 007 and VW TL 524 24
- Fuel compatibility: 100% ethanol-resistant; suitable for E10, biodiesel (RME) and all commercially available fuels

- Confirm your injector is an early 4-cylinder Bosch D-Jetronic 0280150-series injector with the single arrow-headed inlet shown in the product photo.
- This kit uses clips at both ends of each hose piece, not ferrules.
- Hose pieces are supplied up to 52 mm each. Longer hose is available at additional cost if required.
- The injector shown in the photo is for identification only and is not included.
⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses
UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.
