7.3mm ID x 13.5mm ID reinforced fuel hose.
Our hose offers excellent chemical resistance, high-pressure tolerance and thermal stability.
FPM and ECO rubber hose with internal aramid braiding. DIN 73379-B1.
It features a durable, high performance multi-layer design, composed of:
· FPM (fluor elastomer) rubber inner tube for chemical resistance and high-temperature performance,
· ECO (epichlorohydrin) rubber intermediate layer for good oil resistance and heat stability,
· Braided aramid fibre reinforcement layer for exceptional tensile strength, pressure resistance and flexibility,
· ECO rubber outer cover for resistance to weathering, ozone and oils.
Suitable for commercially available fuels: ethanol, bio-diesel consisting of rape oil methyl ester and E 10 fuel, from -40 degrees C to +125 degrees C.
This is sold in lengths of 1 metre, if you require 2 metres please increase the quantity to 2 and so on.
This hose is used for all historic hose to rail servicing jobs and in all Master Injector UK overhaul kits. It is used in the aerospace and aviation industry.
It is 100% ethanol resistant; it's the only hose to use now for replacement around your engine. For use to replace any older polyester reinforced hoses that may be cracked or rock hard. With UK fuel levels of ethanol already at 10%, now is the time to replace not just the injector hoses but also all other older polyester reinforced hose that is still on your car; check and replace all the hoses from the tank to the feed and the return lines. Failing to do this will at some point compromise your fuel system with leaks or even unfortunately fires.
The 7.3mm ID is used in all Master Injector UK overhaul kits, we also stock 9.3mm ID and 11.5mm ID to allow you to change all the hoses around the engine including the feed and return lines as these must not be forgotten when changing your injector hoses.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.

A great experience from start to finish. I used the chat function on the website to ask some questions and got replies within 5 minutes to all my messages. I proceeded with the service and dropped them at the premises and within the stated two days the injectors were ready to be sent back to me with a comprehensive report, spreadsheet style with metrics and data for each injector. Even though there were no issues with my injectors, its peace of mind for me and the knowledge that they’re now renewed and ready for many tens of thousands of miles more. I received them well wrapped and professionally packaged and am stunned with the results. They look fantastic- like new units have come back to me. Highly recommend using this service before spending many hundreds more on new injectors (which is what I was thinking of doing)! I’ll be back if I ever need more injector work :)

Fantastic service. James managed the servicing of my motorbike injectors professionally from start to finish. Communication was very good, pricing very competitive, and glad that I used Mr Injector when initially undecided who to use. Received my parts back well packaged with both digital and paper copies of receipts and injector performance information before and after the work. I highly recommend this company. This was for a set of 1998 VFR800FI injectors that needed a service at 60k miles.
Did a professional job of refurbishing the injectors for my Audi. Car was running on 3 cylinders due to a blocked injector. Now running smoothly once again. Great service
Absolutely delighted with the results and quick turnaround on a set of Bosch Injectors. The injectors look as good as new and it is helpful to have a report of their performance and flow both pre and post refurb. Another nice touch was I sent my injectors labelled for each cylinder - they came back in a compartmentalised bag with each cylinder marked on them. The superb attention to detail here was greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be using James again next time! Alex R.
