We designed this overhaul kit for your Jaguar XJ XJS 5.3 V12 HE & Daimler Double Six fitted with Bosch 0280150161, 0280150162, 0280150163, 0280150164 or Lucas 73303A.
A comprehensive collection of parts to refurbish your injectors at home, including 10 short lengths and 2 longer lengths of our ethanol-resistant fuel hose (for the front 2 injectors), which is essential considering today's rising ethanol content in forecourt fuels.
We have several versions of this kit from a full overhaul kit containing extra hose to enable you to update your feed and return pipes to small hose and ferrule-only kits. These are the original overhaul kits on the market for your Jaguar V12 HE, all from Master Injector UK.

These are exacting items, the hose and clip combination have been perfectly matched to the original injector parts.
The hose is ethanol resistant 100% and is used by the aerospace and aviation industries.
Use this kit to replace your old polyester reinforced rubber fuel feed pipe because, over time, if you do not it could unfortunately leak or cause engine fires.
This hose is expensive, but it is the correct hose to use. Using any other type of high-pressure fuel hose could compromise your classic vehicle.
Aramid is the only hose to use now; new levels of ethanol present in fuels in the UK will slowly eat your old type polyester reinforced hose with disastrous consequences.
There is at present some 10% ethanol in UK fuels, set to rise each year, and 25% present in some European countries & rest of the world.
You cannot afford not to change the fuel line hoses on your injectors.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
