This kit contains everything required to overhaul your Bosch 0280150036 0280150043 fuel injectors fitted to your early BMW and Volvo series and more models.
This kit contains our ethanol-resistant fuel hose, which is essential to use considering today's rising ethanol content in fuels. Your old polyester reinforced hose will become hard and crack over time, risking potential engine fires.
THIS HOSE IS EXPENSIVE BUT IT IS THE CORRECT HOSE TO USE, USING ANY OTHER TYPE OF HIGH PRESSURE FUEL HOSE COULD COMPROMISE YOUR CLASSIC VEHICLE.
Aramid is the only hose to use now; new levels of ethanol present in fuels in the UK will slowly eat your old type polyester reinforced hose with disastrous consequences.
There is at present some 10% ethanol in UK fuels, set to rise each year, and 25% present in some European countries & rest of the world.
You cannot afford not to change the fuel line hoses on your injectors.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
