Designed for JECS and Bosch early series injectors with hose to rail fitting.

This kit is for 4 cylinder engines with a ferrule fitting to the injector and a clip fit to the fuel rail.

Contained is everything required to refurbish your injectors at home - seals, filters, ferrules, hose clips, pintle caps and our ethanol-resistant hose.

It is essential that you replace your old polyester hoses with ethanol-resistant hose to protect against the damage caused by today's rising ethanol content in modern fuels. Old style hoses will become hard or cracked over time, risking leaks and unfortunately engine fires. We advise replacing all hoses around the engine, not just the injector hoses but the feed and return lines too. Our hose is 100% ethanol resistant and is used by the aerospace and aviation industries.

This hose is expensive, but it is the correct hose to use. Using any other type of high-pressure hose could compromise your classic vehicle. You cannot afford not to change the fuel line hoses on your injectors.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
