Restored injectors
Bosch 0280150161 / 0280150162 / 0280150163 / 0280150164 fitted to Jaguar V12.
These have been carefully restored with exacting detail on the replacement parts which are supplied with this injector.
They are stripped of all paint and corrosion, filters removed, pintle caps removed, mounting bushes and rubbers removed, they are then flow tested and inductance tested to make sure they will go through our service program.
Once through this stage they are serviced and re-flow tested to make sure they work exactly as per the manufacturer's specification.
New parts are installed after the final service: filter basket, pintle cap, mid-body seal, ferrules, manifold seal and reinforced, ethanol-resistant hose to futureproof the injector from today's ethanol content.

The older style Bosch EV1 series injectors do not store on a shelf for long periods of time after service.
They must be installed back into the fuel environment as soon as possible but no later than 2 weeks after being serviced. We will not accept any responsibility for injectors that jam or stick installed months after they have been serviced so please organise the service time close to the time of reinstalling.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
