This kit was designed for Hyundai 4 cylinders for injectors with 13mm seal size.
This is a top rail seal fitted to both Keihin and Hitachi Nippon injectors.
It has uses in Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Denso, Asram.
Not all injectors take the 14.5mm seals, Nippon Hitachi can take 11mm, 12mm & 13mm. Bosch changed their seal sizes around the year 2000, Lucas /Sagem used 15mm, Delphi still use 15mm top seals. We stock the correct sized seal for your injectors, please email us if you’re unsure what you need.

Our Economy seal sets are for those not wishing to buy the complete overhaul kit (we can supply all parts if required). Economy does not mean cheap nasty material, all our kits are British made, all seals are made of VITON, all our hose kits are now produced using BIO 100 Standard hose due to the new levels of sulphur and ethanol in fuel in the EU. The hose is expensive, but it is the correct hose to use. All kits and parts orders dispatched by Master Injector UK.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
