We designed this kit for KTM 690 motorcycles fitted with a single Keihin 2BK19 BBK9 / 76041023044 injector.
Each kit contains the filter basket, fuel rail seal and manifold seal to refurbish your injector at home.
These filter baskets are superior to the plastic-meshed ones installed at manufacture because they are resistant to being dissolved and are completely free-flowing. There is no concern of reduced or blocked flow rates with these filters.
These injectors are difficult to identify using their numbers so we advise using the photos to identify which type you have, if you have another series of Keihin please see our other Keihin listings or email us a photo of your injectors. This kit will only fit the series of Keihin shown.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles.
