This kit was designed for Nippon Denso / Jecs / Asram injectors, these were fitted to the MX5 Mazda MK 1 and 2 and many more manufactures and models.

This is a complete kit containing everything needed to refurbish your 4 injectors at home - filter baskets, rail seals, dust spacer seals and manifold seals.

This style of injector has fitments in:

Mazda MX5 Mk 1 & Mk 2, RX4, RX7, RX8

Suzuki SX4, Cappucchino, Swift, Liana, Baleno

Lexus

Daihatsu Terios

Nissan

Toyota Starlet, Solara, Highlander, Camry, Celica, Corolla, MR2, Supra, Matrix, RAV4

Yamaha Outboard 4 stroke F115, F150, F200, F225

These injectors can take either a 14mm or 16mm outer diameter manifold seal, this kit contains the default 16mm outer diameter seal. If your injectors have 14mm manifold seals on them, please find our Kit 29/14 here containing that sized seals:

There is also a rare third manifold seal size we have found during servicing, usually fitted to injectors containing a letter in their injector serial number, for example 23250-0D050. We do not currently stock this seal so please reuse yours if at all possible.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
