Kit 84 is designed for 1990½–1994 Series 4 four-cylinder Alfa Romeo Spider models fitted with Bosch 0280150764 hose injectors. Check the number on your injectors before ordering to confirm fitment.
Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.
Check the injector connection before ordering: the kit includes 8 ferrules for its 4 hose sections. Confirm that your original injector setup matches this ferrule arrangement. Hose clips are not included.

- Construction: FPM inner tube, ECO rubber intermediate layer, braided aramid-fibre reinforcement and ECO rubber outer cover

- Temperature range: −40°C to +125°C (up to +150°C for short periods)

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses
UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.

Lubrication: The only lubricant we recommend is a light smear of clean engine oil, wiped almost completely off before fitting.

Extremely helpful as I wasn’t a hundred percent sure it would fit. The seals etc look the same but unsure, many messages back and forth then realised the hoses needed were slightly longer. This wasn’t a problem and they were cut to size. I took the risk on the seals being the same but if they aren’t I now then know the other ones will fit. I’m positive I would be able to purchase the other seals. Yes I would highly recommend this company to help you out with any injection seals you may require.
