Injector Overhaul Parts Kit for Bosch and Lucas Injectors in Jaguar Pre-HE V12 – Kit 106

Kit 106 is designed for pre-HE Jaguar XJ12 and XJS V12 models fitted with Bosch 0280150035 or Lucas 73143B injectors. The standard fitment is for early-series Bosch EV1 L-type Jetronic injectors. Check your injector numbers before ordering.

Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.

Check the inlet before ordering: the standard fitment has a double-arrow-headed inlet port on the injector and a single-arrow port at the fuel rail. Ferrules secure the hose to the injector, and hose clips secure it to the fuel rail.

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.
