Overhaul Kit for Bosch 0280150252 Injectors in Porsche 928 S / S2 – Kit 207

Kit 207 is designed for Porsche 928 S and S2 4.7-litre V8 applications from 1984–1986 fitted with Bosch 0280150252 fuel injectors, also identified by Porsche part number 92860611900. Check your injector numbers before ordering. It includes ethanol-resistant hoses and all the required replacement parts to refurbish eight injectors at home, with instruction sheets to guide you through the work.

Its ethanol-resistant fuel hose lets you upgrade older polyester-reinforced injector hoses, helping futureproof your classic car as ethanol content in petrol rises and fuel blends change.

Check the inlet before ordering: these hose-to-rail injectors use ferrules at both the injector end and the fuel-rail end of each hose. Compare your injector and rail connections with the product photos and confirm that your existing setup uses the same arrangement.

What’s included

  • 8 × Aramid-reinforced, ethanol-resistant fuel hose pieces, each cut to 50mm length
  • 8 × mid-body clamping rubbers
  • 8 × injector filter baskets
  • 8 × inlet manifold seals
  • 8 × pintle caps
  • 16 × hose ferrules matched to the supplied hose
  • Instruction sheets with fitting tips to guide you through the work

Before you order

  • Confirm that your injectors are Bosch 0280150252 / Porsche 92860611900 fitted in a 1984–1986 Porsche 928 S or S2 4.7-litre V8 application.
  • Check that your existing hose connections use ferrules at both ends, in the same arrangement as this kit provides.
  • Confirm that the supplied 50mm hose lengths match your setup.
  • The injector shown in the product photo is for identification only and is not included.

⚠️ Why you should check your old fuel hoses

UK fuel can contain up to 10% ethanol. Older polyester-reinforced fuel hoses can degrade over time, becoming hard, brittle or cracked. Leaks can occur, risking an engine fire. At the same time as replacing the injector hoses, it is advised to check the fuel feed and return lines and any other hoses around the engine, and replace any that are aged, cracked, hard, or unsuitable for current fuel.

All kits and parts orders dispatched by Master Injector UK.

⚠️ Petrol Compatibility & Injector Handling Notice

Petrol Only: Strictly for petrol engines, not diesel. Check compatibility before buying.

Delicate Mechanisms: Injectors—especially historic hose injectors—are fragile. Some components cannot be removed, replaced, or obtained anywhere. Check our kits before dismantling your own parts; some items are not available aftermarket. Do not force components loose or strip your injectors down until you know what we can replace, or the injector may need replacing.

Expert Fitment Advised: We strongly advise using a competent professional for installation to avoid common issues like over-tightening hose clamps or damaging pintle needles. If you are unsure about dismantling, fitting or refitting an injector, seek advice from a competent professional before proceeding.

Lubrication: The only lubricant we recommend is a light smear of clean engine oil, wiped almost completely off before fitting.
