Mr Injector UK has been working in petrol injector diagnostics and restoration for the past 30 years. We are one of the oldest Asnu test facilities.

Our top of the range Asnu machines allow us to test and service top feed standard port, high pressure (GDI, HPI etc), Siemens / Bosch Piezo and side feed petrol injectors.

The Method:

Your injectors are pre-cleaned, inductance load tested and run on a test rig as they would operate on your engine to check for any anomalies, we record this pre-service information on your report sheet.

All parts are removed then we ultrasonically clean and backflush before returning to the ASNU test bench for dynamic analysis, which includes spray pattern checks, leak off and dynamic balance checks.

If they are metal-bodied EV1/Weber/Lucas type injectors, they would also be stripped of paint and rust, etched and hot bake painted in heat resistant paint. 

After the service, new parts are installed where applicable and the report is sent across to you with the findings.

The result is a beautifully cleaned and balanced set of injectors with restored flows and brand-new parts, ready to reinstall straight back into the vehicle.

Fantastic service and support to have my 2008 Audi TT Mk2 (2.0 TFSi) Bosch fuel injectors restored. Great value for money and excellent turnaround times. Car was misfiring, and not running well. Now is a dream to drive.

Mr Injector UK serviced four DI injectors from my A4 2.0 TFSI engine, previously with a persistent mis-fire, especially when cold and sometimes after a long journey. They were returned by next-day delivery, clean, with seals and accessories, ready to refit. The car is now perfectly smooth and slightly more economical. Communication by email was great throughout. The technical report was reassuring. A great result at a fraction of the price of new injectors. Thank you!

Just had five Bosch injectors serviced with James, from my initial email through to receiving the refurbished items communication was very thorough. Price was very reasonable and the injectors are as good as new, highly recommended!

Really good service. James was Friendly, helpful and responded to any questions that I had via email. Would absolutely recommend using them.The injectors from my 1987 Jeep are BENDIX which are an unusual make, after a phone call and some pictures sent via email, James was able to confirm that they could be refurbished. Glad that I sent these to be checked TBH as it was discovered that they were leaking from the actual body's. I was advised that they were unfortunately not repairable and if used would cause an engine fire!!. Mr Injector has saved me from a potentially dangerous situation.. Thanks James 👍

James did a cracking job on my old Bosch injectors from My Alpina. They really did look old and grotty when removed, returned looking like new, great price and communication too. Really pleased and the car is driving better than before! Job Jobbed!
