We designed this kit for Bosch 0280158--- series EV14 injectors requiring new seals.
This kit contains the upper and lower Viton seals, with the smaller profile lower seals than the top seals - please be careful not to mix these up when fitting.
The short version of these injectors is similar to the Siemens Deka and Weber Pico models but the seals in this kit will only fit Bosch EV14 injectors.
The filters in these injectors are internal & cannot be removed - please bear this in mind when viewing kits sold elsewhere.
Please do not remove the plastic retainer under the lower seal.

This seal kit is compatible exclusively with injectors maintaining original factory specifications. This kit is not guaranteed to fit components utilising adapters, customised fuel rails, modified manifolds, or aftermarket tuning procedures designed to alter flow capacity. Any such modification invalidates the original flow data, and the company cannot certify modified injectors as safe for use with this kit. The company accepts no liability for performance failures or damage resulting from installation on modified components.

Delicate Mechanisms: Injectors—especially historic hose injectors—are fragile. Some components cannot be removed, replaced, or obtained anywhere. Check our kits before dismantling your own parts; some items are not available aftermarket. Do not force components loose or strip your injectors down until you know what we can replace, or the injector may need replacing.
Expert Fitment Advised: We strongly advise using a competent professional for installation to avoid common issues like over-tightening hose clamps or damaging pintle needles. If you are unsure about dismantling, fitting or refitting an injector, seek advice from a competent professional before proceeding.
Lubrication: The only lubricant we recommend is a light smear of clean engine oil, wiped almost completely off before fitting.
