Our full overhaul kit for Bosch D Jetronic early Bosch injectors 0280150023 fitted to Mercedes and more.
This contains all the parts required for refurbishing your injectors at home; hose lengths, filters, clamping rubbers, pintle caps, hose clips and manifold seals 16mm.
This kit contains the new Aramid high pressure replacement hose, which you must now fit; please never use the old type polyester reinforced hose due to higher levels of ethanol in forecourt fuels.

6 x 40mm Aramid reinforced high pressure hose lengths
6 x mid-body injector clamping rubbers
6 x filter baskets
6 x pintle caps
6 x inlet manifold seals 16mm OD
6 x hose clips perfectly matched to our hose
Also included with your order will be our instruction sheets, carefully put together to help you with the task.
Terms
The hose used in all our hose kits is used in the aerospace and aviation industry, it conforms to DIN 73379-3E.
It is 100% ethanol resistant - a MUST considering today's rising ethanol levels in modern fuels in the UK and other countries.
When replacing your injector hoses, you must also check and replace all the hoses from the tank to the feed and the return. Failing to replace these old hoses could compromise your engine at some point with leaks or even unfortunately fires.
All parts are equal to or exceed the specifications of what was originally installed on your injectors in size and material. All kits and parts orders dispatched by Master Injector UK.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.

A great experience from start to finish. I used the chat function on the website to ask some questions and got replies within 5 minutes to all my messages. I proceeded with the service and dropped them at the premises and within the stated two days the injectors were ready to be sent back to me with a comprehensive report, spreadsheet style with metrics and data for each injector. Even though there were no issues with my injectors, its peace of mind for me and the knowledge that they’re now renewed and ready for many tens of thousands of miles more. I received them well wrapped and professionally packaged and am stunned with the results. They look fantastic- like new units have come back to me. Highly recommend using this service before spending many hundreds more on new injectors (which is what I was thinking of doing)! I’ll be back if I ever need more injector work :)

Fantastic service. James managed the servicing of my motorbike injectors professionally from start to finish. Communication was very good, pricing very competitive, and glad that I used Mr Injector when initially undecided who to use. Received my parts back well packaged with both digital and paper copies of receipts and injector performance information before and after the work. I highly recommend this company. This was for a set of 1998 VFR800FI injectors that needed a service at 60k miles.
Did a professional job of refurbishing the injectors for my Audi. Car was running on 3 cylinders due to a blocked injector. Now running smoothly once again. Great service
Absolutely delighted with the results and quick turnaround on a set of Bosch Injectors. The injectors look as good as new and it is helpful to have a report of their performance and flow both pre and post refurb. Another nice touch was I sent my injectors labelled for each cylinder - they came back in a compartmentalised bag with each cylinder marked on them. The superb attention to detail here was greatly appreciated. I'll definitely be using James again next time! Alex R.
