Service Kit for Bosch 0261500008 13647512081 Fitted To BMW E65 E66 - Kit 188

This kit was designed to suit the Bosch 0261500008 injectors fitted to BMW E65 E66 2004-2006 760I and 2003 - 2008 760Li. It contains the lower Teflon / Nylon bushes, upgraded filter baskets and rail seals. 

We have chosen to include our specially designed replacement stainless/brass filters in this kit because we find that the original plastic filters dissolve in this setup over time, we think due to the additives found in today's fuels. These filter particles are then pushed down into the pintle shafts of the injectors, reducing your flow or blocking it completely, causing leaks or seizure of the injectors. Our filters are completely free-flowing and resistant to being dissolved.

Kit 188 contains:

12 x lower Teflon bushes - these should be changed each time the injectors are removed from the engine

12 x Viton 90shA GDi specific rail seals

12 x upgraded all-metal filter baskets - plastic filters should be avoided when possible when changing the filters in these injectors.

Please note: A Teflon bush installation tool will be required to install the bushes onto the pintle shaft.
