Designed for Bosch 0280155012 / Ford V92HF-AA injectors in the Ford Escort RS Cosworth, this kit contains everything required to refurbish your injectors at home - the top and bottom seals, spacers, filter baskets and a shallower pintle cap.
This can also be used with other injectors requiring a shallow style cap, including:
0280155104 (Bentley part no. UE75284)
0280155003 (Ferrari part no. 149316)
0280155207 (Mercedes part no. 0000787823)
0280155209 (Mercedes part no. 0000787323)
Please confirm your required seal size at checkout otherwise the default 14.5mm seal will be included.
This is a four cylinder kit so if, for example, you are buying for your Bentley 6.75L L-series, you would need 2 kits for your 8 injectors.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.

Mr Injector UK serviced four DI injectors from my A4 2.0 TFSI engine, previously with a persistent mis-fire, especially when cold and sometimes after a long journey. They were returned by next-day delivery, clean, with seals and accessories, ready to refit. The car is now perfectly smooth and slightly more economical. Communication by email was great throughout. The technical report was reassuring. A great result at a fraction of the price of new injectors. Thank you!
Just had five Bosch injectors serviced with James, from my initial email through to receiving the refurbished items communication was very thorough. Price was very reasonable and the injectors are as good as new, highly recommended!

Really good service. James was Friendly, helpful and responded to any questions that I had via email. Would absolutely recommend using them.The injectors from my 1987 Jeep are BENDIX which are an unusual make, after a phone call and some pictures sent via email, James was able to confirm that they could be refurbished. Glad that I sent these to be checked TBH as it was discovered that they were leaking from the actual body's. I was advised that they were unfortunately not repairable and if used would cause an engine fire!!. Mr Injector has saved me from a potentially dangerous situation.. Thanks James 👍
