Seal kit for Bosch 0280150--- series EV1 injectors in 5 cylinder engines, allowing you to refurbish 5 injectors at home with no special tools required. This kit has applications in VAG/VW/Audi 5 pot engines and the Volvo 850 T5.

 

This series was fitted to many manufacturers including Peugeot, Volvo, Citroën, BMW, Ford, Ferrari and Porsche — this is not an exhaustive list.

 

The kit contains filter baskets, 14.5mm OD Viton top and bottom seals, spacers and pintle caps. If you require 15mm seals, alternative kits are available.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
