This is the restoration of your Bosch EV1 L Jetronic and D type 0280150 series injectors that are NOT seized, they must be working.

We completely strip the injectors down to bare metal, removing all components before service. Once we are satisfied they are working correctly, they are rebuilt and the bodies are acid-etched and repainted before new parts are installed.

We use exacting component replacement, NOT UNIVERSAL PARTS.

The parts replacements are made for Mr Injector UK and are all equal to/exceed the original parts fitted.

The hoses are replaced with Aramid reinforced hose to make sure you do not get any compromise due to the new higher levels of ethanol. This hose is expensive but is used in aviation and aerospace engineering and the only hose to use.

This price is per injector being serviced.

Replacement parts are included in this price, if you have purchased an overhaul kit from us we can install that onto the injectors, please contact us for a separate quote.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A SERVICE TO YOUR SEIZED INJECTORS THAT HAVE CORRODED INTERNALLY.

WE CAN DEAL WITH THOSE AND RESTORE THOSE UNDER A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROGRAM, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A 'SEIZED SERVICE'.

Disclaimer:

The older style EV1 injectors that we service must be installed back into the engine as soon as possible after being serviced. You cannot leave them on the shelf to use/sell on at a later date because they are prone to jamming/sticking due to temperature changes and humidity. Any moisture internally will cause rusting and seizing.

Once installed back into your vehicle, it is recommended that you run the engine at least once a month and never leave it over the winter, expecting the injectors to work again after several months of non-starting.

The ethanol in fuels today is a huge water attractor, water will be present in the bottom of your tank and when you start the engine this will be drawn into the injectors; if left they will surely rust up solid.

If you are going to lay your vehicle up, use a brand of fuel stabilisation to stop fuel phase separation.

We will only agree to service your historic injectors after you have read, understood and agreed to our terms, which can be found here: Historic Injector Service Disclaimer.

Please do not add injector services to the cart, contact us for a quote instead 07950 281293.
