This kit contains everything required to overhaul your Bosch 0280150036 0280150043 hose to rail fuel injectors fitted to your early BMW and Volvo series and more models - the seals, ethanol-resistant hoses, hose clips, ferrules, filters and pintle caps.
This kit contains our ethanol-resistant fuel hose, which is essential to use considering today's rising ethanol content in fuels. Your old polyester reinforced hose will become hard and crack over time, risking potential engine fires. This hose is expensive but it is the correct hose to use. Aramid is the only hose to use now; rising levels of ethanol present in today's fuels will slowly eat your old type polyester reinforced hose with disastrous consequences. You cannot afford not to change the fuel line hoses on your injectors.
The hose is ethanol resistant 100% and is used by the aerospace and aviation industries.

A little about our hose:
Our hose offers excellent chemical resistance, high-pressure tolerance and thermal stability.
FPM and ECO rubber hose with internal aramid braiding. DIN 73379-B1.
It features a durable, high performance multi-layer design, composed of:
· FPM (fluor elastomer) rubber inner tube for chemical resistance and high-temperature performance,
· ECO (epichlorohydrin) rubber intermediate layer for good oil resistance and heat stability,
· Braided aramid fibre reinforcement layer for exceptional tensile strength, pressure resistance and flexibility,
· ECO rubber outer cover for resistance to weathering, ozone and oils.
Suitable for commercially available fuels: ethanol, bio-diesel consisting of rape oil methyl ester and E 10 fuel, from -40 degrees C to +125 degrees C.
