This kit is suitable for Denso INP780 / INP781 / CDH166 / Bosch 0280155720 type injectors requiring 16mm manifold seals.
This contains the Viton rail seals, filter baskets, Viton dust spacer seals and Viton manifold seals to refurbish 4 injectors at home.
These injectors can take either a 13.6mm or 16mm outer diameter manifold seal, this kit contains the default 16mm outer diameter seal. If your injectors have 13.6mm manifold seals on them, please find our Kit 29/14 here containing that sized seals.
There is also a rare third manifold seal size we have found during servicing, usually fitted to injectors containing a letter in their injector serial number, for example 23250-0D050. We do not currently stock this seal so please reuse yours if at all possible.

If you are unsure about dismantling, fitting or refitting an injector, seek advice from a competent professional before proceeding.
Lubrication: The only lubricant we recommend is a light smear of clean engine oil, wiped almost completely off before fitting.
