This kit was designed for V6 and straight 6 cylinder engines fitted with Bosch 0280150--- EV1 series fuel injectors.

The kit contains 14.5mm top and bottom seals in Viton, filter baskets, spacers and pintle caps to service your injectors at home with no special tools.

 

This series of injector was fitted to many manufactures, below are some examples but this is not an exhaustive list:

0280150440 in BMW E36 328i

0280150715 in BMW E30 325i

0280150702 in Alfa Lusso

PLEASE NOTE: Older BOSCH 0280150 injectors (pre year 2000) could have 15mm seals. We also stock a 6 cylinder kit with the 15mm seals – Seal Kit 9.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.
