Shipping & Workshop Delivery Policy

Welcome to our combined platform. Online product sales, parts, and hand-made overhaul seal kits are operated and fulfilled globally by Master Injector UK. Physical diagnostics, ultrasonic cleaning, and mechanical workshop services are operated exclusively for UK residents by Mr Injector UK.

Please review our specific shipping policies for retail product orders, domestic workshop servicing, and international border regulations below.

1. Shipping Destinations & Scope

  • Master Injector UK (Parts & Kits): We ship our custom, hand-made seal kits and overhaul parts almost worldwide.
  • Mr Injector UK (Workshop Servicing): Fuel injector diagnostics and ultrasonic cleaning services are strictly limited to customers residing within the United Kingdom. We do not accept or dispatch international workshop shipments.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Hand-Made Component Kits (Master Injector UK): Because all of our seal kits and overhaul parts are carefully prepared and assembled by hand to ensure precision, retail orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Mail-In Injector Servicing (Mr Injector UK): Physical fuel injectors sent to our workshop by post are queued according to your pre-arranged service booking slot. Return shipping within the UK is arranged within 1–2 business days following the completion of the technical service and receipt of cleared invoice payment.
  • Note: Orders are not processed, fulfilled, or dispatched on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Inbound/Outbound Rules

Domestic Inbound Shipments (Sending Parts to Mr Injector UK)

  • UK customers are fully responsible for the upfront cost, safe packaging, and delivery of their fuel injectors to our workshop facility in Ware.
  • Injectors must be completely drained of fuel, bagged, and padded inside a sturdy box. We highly recommend using a fully tracked, insured shipping service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery). We are not responsible for customer packages lost or damaged in transit before they safely reach our workshop.

Outbound Shipments (Fulfillment by Master Injector UK & Mr Injector UK Return Post)

To ensure your items arrive safely, we dynamic-tier our shipping methods based on package size, dead weight, and overall value using Royal Mail Click & Drop.

  • Standard Small/Light Items: Dispatched via standard trackable or signed-for postal tiers.
  • High-Value/Heavy Items: Dispatched via fully insured premium postal tiers.
  • Non-DDU Restricted Countries (EU Shipments): Certain countries within the European Union (including Germany and Luxembourg) no longer accept traditional postal DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipments. For orders traveling to these specific destinations, Master Injector UK routes the shipment via a premium commercial courier network, such as UPS, and we will collect and pay all customs fees, local taxes, and import duties upfront so your parcel clears the border with zero unexpected fees upon arrival.

4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Standard Global Orders)

For international shipments sent to standard DDU-eligible countries outside the United Kingdom:

  • Customer Responsibility: Except where explicitly arranged via an alternate carrier framework at checkout (such as our upfront payment courier shipping to Germany or Luxembourg), all local import duties, customs tariffs, Value Added Tax (VAT), and carrier clearance handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for packages delayed by local customs processing timelines.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We package all items securely to withstand transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, or if a tracked parcel fails to arrive within standard carrier windows, please contact us immediately at masterinjectoruk@gmail.com with your order number or service booking reference. Please retain all original shipping packaging and components so we can initiate an insurance claim with Royal Mail or the designated courier.
