This is one of the range of Master Injector UK manufactured parts.
These are specially made to replace the direct high pressure Bosch injector filters fitted to the FSi, TSi, Audi, VW, Alfa and Ford 0261500 series injectors, and also have applications with Denso, Sagem, Siemens and KTM Keihin.
Suitable for most standard port, high pressure and race injectors requiring 6mm x 3mm x 10mm filters.
The original fitted filters seem to dissolve, including the plastic cage, causing serious injector blockage, we think due to fuel additives and the extremely high pressure. Unfortunately, if left, the particles of the previously installed filters are then pushed down inside the injector pintle causing issues with flow or even blocking flow completely. We see this daily with GDI injectors in for servicing.
Fortunately, if changed early enough, you can stop this happening by replacing them with these all-metal, free-flowing filters.
These are great to use with Ethanol and Methanol fuel types as they have no reaction to alcohol.

Because of the delicate nature of injectors, particularly historic hose ones, we advise using somebody competent in removing/installing the parts for you to prevent issues arising such as over-tightening of the hose clamps or damaging the pintle needles. Doing so yourself is at your own risk and we take no responsibility for damage resulting from poor handling or installation of parts.

Mr Injector UK serviced four DI injectors from my A4 2.0 TFSI engine, previously with a persistent mis-fire, especially when cold and sometimes after a long journey. They were returned by next-day delivery, clean, with seals and accessories, ready to refit. The car is now perfectly smooth and slightly more economical. Communication by email was great throughout. The technical report was reassuring. A great result at a fraction of the price of new injectors. Thank you!
Just had five Bosch injectors serviced with James, from my initial email through to receiving the refurbished items communication was very thorough. Price was very reasonable and the injectors are as good as new, highly recommended!

Really good service. James was Friendly, helpful and responded to any questions that I had via email. Would absolutely recommend using them.The injectors from my 1987 Jeep are BENDIX which are an unusual make, after a phone call and some pictures sent via email, James was able to confirm that they could be refurbished. Glad that I sent these to be checked TBH as it was discovered that they were leaking from the actual body's. I was advised that they were unfortunately not repairable and if used would cause an engine fire!!. Mr Injector has saved me from a potentially dangerous situation.. Thanks James 👍
