Overhaul Service Kit For Jaguar Pre HE XJ12 XJS V12 With Bosch 0280150035 Lucas 73143B - Kit 105

We designed this overhaul kit for Jaguar pre HE V12 XJ12 XJS fitted with Bosch 0280150035 / LUCAS 73143B injectors.

Contained is everything required to refurbish your injectors at home, including our ethanol-resistant fuel hose to help futureproof your classic.

It has been designed to suit early series Bosch EV1 L type Jetronic injectors with a double arrow headed inlet port and fuel rail with single arrow rail port, requiring ferrule fix to injectors and hose clips fix to the fuel rail.

This hose is expensive, but it's the correct hose to use now, using any other type of high-pressure hose could compromise your vehicle at some stage with possible leaks and/or engine fires. Our hose is 100% ethanol-resistant and used in the aviation and aerospace industry.

Aramid is the only hose to use now with rising levels of ethanol present in today's fuels, this will slowly eat your old type polyester reinforced hose with disastrous consequences. You cannot afford not to change the fuel line hoses on your injectors.

The kit can be supplied for the 0280150014 / 0280150023 injectors and the ferrules will be exchanged for additional hose clips - please add a note at checkout if you require the kit for the 0280150014 / 0280150023.

A little about our hose:

Our hose offers excellent chemical resistance, high-pressure tolerance and thermal stability.

FPM and ECO rubber hose with internal aramid braiding. DIN 73379-B1.

It features a durable, high performance multi-layer design, composed of:

·       FPM (fluor elastomer) rubber inner tube for chemical resistance and high-temperature performance,

·       ECO (epichlorohydrin) rubber intermediate layer for good oil resistance and heat stability,

·       Braided aramid fibre reinforcement layer for exceptional tensile strength, pressure resistance and flexibility,

·       ECO rubber outer cover for resistance to weathering, ozone and oils.

Suitable for commercially available fuels: ethanol, bio-diesel consisting of rape oil methyl ester and E 10 fuel, from -40 degrees C to +125 degrees C.
