This kit was designed for later series Bosch 0261500 and equivalent TFSi FSi injectors that require smaller 13mm rail seals than the original GDI injectors, these have fitments in Ford, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Jaguar, VW, Kia, Alfa and more.

This parts kit for 8 cylinders contains the top seals and Teflon bushes to enable you to refurbish your injectors at home.

The upper seals are Viton with higher rating hardness than standard port injectors of 90shA to deal with the higher pressure.

Please ensure your injectors require a 13mm top seal and not the 14.5mm ones, if you require 14.5mm top seals, the kit can be found here:

 

Contents

Seal Kit 156 contains:

8 x Upper rail seals 13mm

8 x Lower pintle bushes - these Teflon bushes should be changed every time the injectors are removed from the engine.

Fantastic service and support to have my 2008 Audi TT Mk2 (2.0 TFSi) Bosch fuel injectors restored. Great value for money and excellent turnaround times. Car was misfiring, and not running well. Now is a dream to drive.

Mr Injector UK serviced four DI injectors from my A4 2.0 TFSI engine, previously with a persistent mis-fire, especially when cold and sometimes after a long journey. They were returned by next-day delivery, clean, with seals and accessories, ready to refit. The car is now perfectly smooth and slightly more economical. Communication by email was great throughout. The technical report was reassuring. A great result at a fraction of the price of new injectors. Thank you!

Really good service. James was Friendly, helpful and responded to any questions that I had via email. Would absolutely recommend using them.The injectors from my 1987 Jeep are BENDIX which are an unusual make, after a phone call and some pictures sent via email, James was able to confirm that they could be refurbished. Glad that I sent these to be checked TBH as it was discovered that they were leaking from the actual body's. I was advised that they were unfortunately not repairable and if used would cause an engine fire!!. Mr Injector has saved me from a potentially dangerous situation.. Thanks James 👍

James did a cracking job on my old Bosch injectors from My Alpina. They really did look old and grotty when removed, returned looking like new, great price and communication too. Really pleased and the car is driving better than before! Job Jobbed!
